We take special care in packaging to protect your chocolate bars. Each order is packed with insulated materials and ice packs when needed to keep the bars fresh and prevent melting. The bars are also wrapped securely and placed inside sturdy boxes to avoid breakage during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means a replacement or refund.
Yes! At checkout, you can select expedited shipping options for faster delivery. Additional fees apply depending on the destination.

Our bars use high-quality ingredients including Belgian milk and dark chocolate, roasted pistachios, kataifi (shredded phyllo dough), biscoff cookie butter, salted pretzels, caramel and butter blends, and natural flavorings and sugars. Each flavor has a unique blend — please see individual product pages for full ingredient lists.
Some of our bars contain gluten ingredients (such as biscoff cookies and kataifi). Please check the specific product descriptions or contact us if you have gluten sensitivities.
Yes. Our bars contain nuts, including pistachios and nuts used in baklawa-inspired bars. If you have nut allergies, please avoid these products.
Currently, our chocolate bars contain dairy and are not vegan. We do not offer dairy-free options at this time.
